Our Story

Seasons was founded out of years of shared clinical experience, collaboration, and a common vision for providing thoughtful, high-quality psychological care. Our team of licensed psychologists have worked and grown together across a variety of treatment settings before collaborating to build a practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and meaningful connection. Through these experiences, we developed not only a strong professional partnership, but also a shared belief in the importance of personalized and accessible mental health care.

What makes Seasons unique is the breadth of experience and specialties our clinicians bring to the practice. Collectively, our team has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational concerns. This diversity of expertise allows us to provide collaborative, well-rounded care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family we serve.

At Seasons, we believe that clarity, understanding, and connection are the foundation for growth and healing. Whether someone is seeking therapy, diagnostic answers, support for a teen, or guidance through a difficult season of life, our goal is to create a process that feels compassionate, informative, and empowering. We are deeply committed to serving our community through psychological services, education, outreach, and advocacy, while helping individuals and families feel supported and equipped to thrive—through every season of life.
