I am a licensed psychologist providing individual and couples therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. My clinical work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, perinatal struggles related to infertility, loss, and postpartum depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have a particular specialty in working with individuals of faith and often integrate Christian perspectives into therapy, supporting clients in exploring both psychological and spiritual dimensions of growth and healing. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a pastor at a local church, which informs my deep appreciation for meaning, values, and identity in the therapeutic process. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatments, often integrating modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological assessment services, with a focus on evaluations for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My goal in assessment is to provide clear, compassionate, and useful feedback that helps individuals and families better understand strengths, challenges, and practical next steps across home, school, work, and other settings.

My work is informed by extensive leadership experience in outpatient and inpatient clinical settings, and the church. This includes program development, clinical supervision, and training of doctoral-level clinicians, which has deepened my commitment to providing care that is both clinically rigorous and practically impactful.
