Becky Lierly, PhD
Founder/Psychologist
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over fifteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, inpatient, and acute care settings. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals navigating autism spectrum disorders, trauma, chronic mental illness, and complex emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, with a focus on helping clients and families better understand themselves while building practical tools for growth and stability.
In addition to providing therapy, I have extensive experience conducting psychological testing and assessment to support diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. Much of my work has involved supporting children and teens with autism and other developmental or behavioral concerns, as well as individuals experiencing more acute psychiatric needs. My clinical background includes work in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, acute care settings, and adolescent treatment programs, giving me a broad understanding of mental health across varying levels of care.
My various leadership roles in inpatient and outpatient care have helped me to develop a deeper passion for the work that I do. Across all of my leadership and clinical roles, I have remained passionate about supporting meaningful change for individuals and families while mentoring and developing high-quality behavioral health services.
